Installation
1. Red terminal: Connect DC positive, black terminal: Connect DC negative.
2. AC socket: Connect to the mains. Put the side of the AC cord which has holes into the inverter with 3 foot outlet and the other side of the AC cord to home AC outlet.
3. In order to achieve higher power use requirements, this product can be stacked, such as: 4 grid
inverters 500W stacked can achieve 2000W. And the number of the stacking is unlimited.
LED indicator
1. One Red LED:
1) Low-voltage protection (input DC voltage is less than 10.8VDC or 22VDC).
2) Over-voltage protection (input DC voltage is greater than 30VDC or 60VDC).
3) Over-temperature protection (when the internal temperature is above 75°C, there will be over-temperature protection. When the working temperature drops to 50°C , the inverter restarts automatically after cooling).
4) AC protection (when home grid is lower than 90VAC or higher than 130VAC [for 110VAC], or when home grid is lower than 180VAC or higher than 260VAC [for 220VAC], the micro inverter will not work.
5) Anti-Islanding protection: When the electric supply stop, the inverter automatically shut down output.
2. Three Green LEDs:
The 3 green LED indicators will start to cycle from left to right when the grid and DC supply is detected. This indicates the inverter is operating under normal condition. The rate of cycling is according to how much power is being output from the solar panels or the wind turbine. The bigger output power, the faster the rate is.
Warnings
> Do note the operating voltage range is 10.8-30VDC or 22-60VDC. It will be not work normally if the input voltage is wrong.
> No dismantling without authorization
> Please install inverter in the low humidity and well-ventilated place to avoid the overheating, and clear around the inflammable and explosive materials.
> Use the inverter out of children's reaching place to avoid electric shock.
> Connect the AC terminal to AC power socket.
> Connect the DC terminal to solar panel or battery.
After-sale Service
Free maintenance service will be offered when there is quality problem under normal use since the date of purchase. If maintenance or adjustment is needed within guarantee period and in the scope of our warranty, please contact with the supplier of the product. The expense shall be borne by the user if any of the following situations happens although within warranty period:
1. Fault is due to maintenance or adjustment WITHOUT checking or permission of our factory.
2. Fault or damage is caused by man-made damage, or disassemble by them own, or use of overload, or other natural disasters although within warranty period.
3. Product is burned because of wrong use of power supply or too high current.
4. Our company charges to maintenance service over the maintenance period.
5. The accessories, such as power cord, adapter, fuse, etc are not in the scope of maintenance.
